Overview Physical Therapist - Outpatient Minot, North Dakota, United States Start date: 08/10/2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • Weekly pay: $2,139–$2,266 per week • Guaranteed hours: 40 • Shift: Days • Setting: hospital-based travel assignment spanning home health, hospice, and outpatient care This travel PT role provides specialized physical therapy services within home health and hospice settings as part of an interdisciplinary team. The incumbent will deliver patient-centered care, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and measurable progress toward rehabilitation goals for geriatric populations. While serving in a travel capacity, the clinician will work across patient homes, office settings, and community environments as appropriate. Key Highlights

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, pain control, and functional independence
  • Supervise and coordinate care with Physical Therapist Assistants as applicable
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centered care and discharge planning
  • Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility techniques, equipment use, and home exercise programs
  • Document care, monitor outcomes, and adjust treatment plans under medical direction and organizational policies
Requirements
  • Active Physical Therapist licensure in North Dakota
  • Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel to patient homes
  • 2 years of prior PT experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in home health, outpatient, and office/community settings as assigned
  • Willingness to travel within assignment requirements and to coordinate care with the care team
