Location: Miami, FL 33131 - hybrid schedule in downtown Miami, 2-3 days a week Working Hours: 8:30AM-5PM Type: Contract, extensions and/or conversion possible Duration: 4 Months Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of recruiting experience Adaptability and used to working on small teams and without much structure Comfortable working for a start up and having fewer resources Well-rounded background recruiting on different skillsets Experience recruiting on IT or Sales positions Start up experience, high volume recruiting, being the only recruiter, or working for a staffing agency Ability to get comfortable and pick up on things quickly Job Description Insight Global's client is a fast-growing dental marketplace startup based in downtown Miami, and we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Recruiter to fill in for someone who will be out on maternity leave. In this position, you'll be managing 5-10 requisitions at a time, often multiple openings under the same title, and screening 10-15 candidates weekly. A big part of your day will be reviewing applicants, coordinating phone interviews, and syncing with hiring managers and leaders to move candidates through the funnel quickly and effectively. You'll also manage onsite interview scheduling, gathering feedback, and act as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams including senior leaders and members of the C-Suite. A lot of openings now are related to sales and other corporate functions but as they continue to scale, expect an increasing focus on tech hiring such as frontend and backend engineers, product managers, developer, etc., where your knack for matching great people with the right roles will shine.
