In this role, you’ll take responsibility for structural design, oversee permit drawing production, and ensure technical accuracy across projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, clients, and internal teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and commercially aligned solutions. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and helping to raise standards across the team.

The Role:
*Lead structural design across a range of building projects
*Oversee permit drawings and ensure technical accuracy across deliverables
*Review calculations, models, and engineering documentation
*Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and internal teams
*Support and mentor junior engineers
The Person:
*Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
*EIT required; PE preferred or actively working towards it
*Strong experience in structural building design
*Confident communicator with the ability to take ownership of projects
