Job Description

Structural Engineer (PE) | 5+ Years Experience

Building Design | Revit | Project Diversity | Career Growth | Strong Benefits

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and support structural design for a variety of building projects
  • Perform analysis and develop solutions using industry-standard tools
  • Create and review drawings and models using Revit
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal team members
  • Participate in site visits, construction administration, and client meetings
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

What you’ll need:

  • Active PE license (required)
  • 5+ years of structural engineering experience
  • Strong background in building design (steel, concrete, wood, masonry)
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Experience with structural analysis software (RISA, RAM, ETABS, etc.)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Comprehensive healthcare and retirement benefits
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Flexible work environment
  • Professional development and continued education support
  • Clear path for career growth within a growing firm
