Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Automotive Sales and F&I Trainer to join our team in the Newport Beach, CA area. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and facilitating training programs aimed at improving sales and finance performance in automotive dealerships. - Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for dealership staff.

Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales and finance, with a proven track record of success.
- Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentoring within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and F&I practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other training-related software applications.
