Spine Surgeon – Private Practice (NYC Metro Area)
Location: New York City & surrounding metro area
Position Type: Full-Time
A rapidly growing, well-established private spine practice in the NYC metro area is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Spine Surgeon to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-volume, injury-based practice with strong clinical support and outstanding earning potential.
Position HighlightsCompetitive starting salary of $500,000+ with significant performance-based incentive bonuses
No trauma call – focus on elective and injury-related spine cases
Multiple modern office locations throughout the NYC metro area
Established referral network and consistent case volume
Collaborative, team-oriented environment
Dedicated Physician Assistants (PAs) and Medical Assistants (MAs)
In-house physiatrists for comprehensive, multidisciplinary care
Streamlined workflows allowing you to focus on surgical care
Well-managed administrative and clinical infrastructure
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with spinal disorders and injuries
Perform surgical procedures as indicated (open and/or minimally invasive)
Collaborate with physiatrists and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery
Fellowship training in Spine Surgery preferred
Eligible for or active New York and New Jersey medical licenses
Strong interest in personal injury and spine-related cases
$500,000+ base salary in year one
