Your Practice. Your Vision. Our Support.
Join a health system that empowers surgeons to shape their own path. With a robust referral network and the opportunity to lead a high-volume practice, you’ll make a difference every day—on your terms.
Why You’ll Thrive as an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon at RRH:
Control Over Your Practice:Build your practice from the ground up with the autonomy to define how it evolves. Focus your surgical expertise primarily on hand surgery while managing a broad range of wrist, elbow, and shoulder cases commonly seen in a community-based and regional referral practice. Your goals will shape your future here.
Robust Referral Network:Benefit from a large primary care network and opportunities created by retiring orthopedic surgeons. This infrastructure ensures a steady flow of surgical and non-operative cases to support your growth.
Dedicated APP Support:Partner with a skilled PA who manages non-operative cases in-office, allowing you to focus on advanced surgical care and optimizing patient outcomes.
Diverse Patient Cases:Treat a range of patients aged 30-65 with conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder—including carpal tunnel syndrome, distal radius fractures, rotator cuff injuries, and other acute or elective upper extremity injuries—both surgically and non-operatively.
Balanced Call Schedule:Enjoy 1 week of call per month, giving you time to focus on what matters most—your patients and your personal life.
