Job Title: Wash Plant Operator – Frac Sand Operations Company: Asgard Resources Location: Bainville, MT (near Williston, ND) Pay: $20–$30/hr. DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available About the Role Asgard Resources is hiring Wash Plant Operators to help operate and maintain our frac sand processing facility in Bainville, MT. Operators monitor plant equipment, assist with maintenance, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. This is a hands‑on role working around conveyors, pumps, screens, and other frac sand processing equipment in an outdoor industrial environment. Training on plant systems and equipment will be provided. Responsibilities Monitor and operate frac sand wash plant equipment Monitor conveyors, pumps, screens, and other plant equipment Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs Assist with plant maintenance and general cleanup Troubleshoot minor equipment or production issues Record production and maintenance informationWork with loader operators and supervisors to support plant production Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Preferred Qualifications Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand tools Experience in an industrial, mining, oilfield, or manufacturing environment preferred Experience operating loaders, skid steers, or other heavy equipment is a plus Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb stairs and ladders, and work on elevated platforms Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to work 8–12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime #J-18808-Ljbffr EmergencyMD
