The restaurant general manager sets the tone of our restaurants; from our great team members to our exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities:

· Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service

· Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members

· Support the development of a high performing team, leading as coach and mentor

· Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures

Qualifications:

· Strong communication and organization skills

· A genuine, smiling personality

· 2-5 years of restaurant experience is preferred

· Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
