Job Title: Remote UX/UI Designer (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Part-Time
Salary: $3,500 USD/month
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST). (Note: Our Client offers flexibility with the morning start time if the successful candidate prefers to begin earlier in order to conclude their workday earlier).

The Role Our Client is seeking a highly creative, execution-focused
UX/UI Designer (Product & Web) to fuel their next phase of growth through exceptional web layout, product design, and holistic brand management. This is a comprehensive, end-to-end design role where the successful candidate will own both the digital product landscape and the marketing web presence. Moving fluidly between high-fidelity software dashboard features and conversion-focused web layouts, this professional will maintain, scale, and protect a unified design system that communicates stability, intelligence, and modern aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
Product Design & Core UX/UI Architecture - Designs, iterates, and elevates the end-to-end UX/UI workflows for the core SaaS platform, optimizing complex workspace management features into intuitive user paths.
- Validates user-centered design principles by transforming complex product feature requirements into structured user personas, user flows, high-fidelity wireframes, and production-ready interactive prototypes.
- Partners closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility, seamless implementation, and accurate design-to-code alignment.
Web Experience, Branding & Marketing Design - Conceptualizes, designs, and refines the web architecture, landing pages, and interactive brand touchpoints to maximize conversion and engagement.
- Oversees and scales the core design system and master brand guidelines, ensuring ironclad visual consistency across product lines and marketing channels.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to design polished creative assets, digital campaign collateral, and high-impact visual resources.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong, demonstrable focus on B2B SaaS web ecosystems and complex software product UI.
- Figma Mastery: Advanced, standalone proficiency utilizing Figma for layout creation, prototyping, component library architecture, and developer handoff.
- Design Systems: Proven track record of managing, maintaining, and evolving scalable design systems and rigid brand guidelines.
- Language: Fluent written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable pitching creative rationale and design architecture to corporate stakeholders.
- Portfolio Requirement: Must possess a highly polished design portfolio showcasing intuitive software interfaces, modern typography, grid alignment, and clean web execution.
Preferred Qualifications - Previous professional experience working inside a top-tier digital design agency or professional creative services studio.
- Practical understanding or design familiarity within the PropTech, workplace logistics, hospitality tech, or high-volume enterprise SaaS spaces.
- Basic understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS layout principles) to optimize file handoffs.
