Job Title

This position is responsible for day-to-day success of a segment of the organization's operations in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Participates with other organizational leaders to develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures for the organization.
  • Ensures employee conformance to established guidelines and provides proper direction and training.
  • Works to analyze the impact of decisions/changes before execution.
  • Ensures that all employees within area of responsibility are working toward a common goal and are meeting functional goal simultaneously.
  • Identifies roadblocks and provides assistance in developing work around opportunities for team members.
  • Develops and tracks budgetary guidelines on a weekly basis, presenting results to leadership.
  • Works cooperatively with senior level clients to build and maintain relationships.
  • Works cooperatively with other senior team members to ensure the company's objections are being met.
  • Develops and implements both short-, and long-term goals for organization.
  • Demonstrates the ability to train, motivate, mentor, and retain personnel in order to balance staffing strengths with profitability and organizational growth.
  • Constantly monitors and adjusts business segment financial projections.
  • Performs other duties as required by leadership.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Manages staff with a well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid conflict resolution and people management skills.
  • Organizes and participates in group meetings.
  • Supervises teams with integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Responds to high pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor.
  • Ensures conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Completes performance reviews as assigned.
Education, Experience And Training:

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university preferred.

At least 10 years of experience with large customer interface preferred in construction, retail/restaurant industry.

Experience analyzing financial data and preparing reports and project projections.
