Office Manager - Station Dental | Wheat Ridge, CO

Station Dental- Wheat Ridge is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our team and support the continued growth and success of our practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with doctors and staff to achieve practice goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the daily operations of the Wheat Ridge office
• Foster a positive, patient-centered culture for both team members and patients
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop office staff
• Monitor key performance indicators, office goals, and financial performance
• Ensure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and overall office productivity
• Partner with providers to support clinical and business objectives
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications:
• Previous dental practice management experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing team performance and office operations
• Knowledge of scheduling, insurance, collections, and patient relations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Dentrix experience preferred
• Ability to build strong relationships with patients, providers, and team members
