Job Title : Data Architect
Location : San Jose, CA
Duration : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $35 - $55/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Architect. This is a 100% onsite role, and we are looking for local candidates only. The position is for a duration of 6 months with a focus on designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 Year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on data engineering experience using distributed computing approaches (Spark, Map Reduce, DataBricks).
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions in Azure.
• Deep understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.
• Strong proficiency with database systems (relational and non-relational).
• Exceptional diagramming skills with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or other data visualization software.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Digital: Databricks.
• 6-8 years of experience in related field.
• Additional certifications in data architecture or cloud computing.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all data solutions.
