About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead the strategic and tactical oversight of all talent-related functions. The CPO will be responsible for setting the vision and direction for attracting, engaging, rewarding, developing, and retaining a large, diverse team. This includes team management, organizational leadership, performance management, human resources, staffing, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading large, complex initiatives within school systems, exceptional people management skills, and a proven track record of sound, data-driven decision-making. They should also have a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to lead through a lens of anti-racism.
