About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead the strategic and tactical oversight of all talent-related functions. The CPO will be responsible for setting the vision and direction for attracting, engaging, rewarding, developing, and retaining a large, diverse team. This includes team management, organizational leadership, performance management, human resources, staffing, and employee relations.
