About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join their executive leadership team. The CPO will be a strategic partner, advising on the alignment of people strategy with the firm's overall strategy. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in professional services. A data-driven mindset and fluency in HR metrics and analytics are essential, as is a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree and strategic-level HR certification being strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a visionary and hands-on leader, capable of building and mentoring a high-performing HR team that is collaborative, client-focused, and future-ready.
