Armed Patrol Security Guard Supervisor (Brentwood)

We are seeking an elite, professional, and highly adaptable Armed Security Supervisor to lead and support our security teams in high-profile residential and private patrol environments.

This role is designed for a strong leader who can oversee daily field operations, respond to escalated incidents, manage officer performance, and ensure our teams consistently deliver the “gold standard” of protection our clients expect.

As a Supervisor, you will step into dynamic and high-stakes situations with confidence, providing leadership, accountability, and operational oversight. You will be responsible for ensuring coverage during staffing shortages, handling call-outs, conducting site inspections, mentoring officers, and maintaining strict adherence to company standards and client expectations.

Compensation: $22.00 per Hour

Schedule 8 Hour shifts: ▢ Day ▢ Swing ▢ Graveyard

Weekends availability required

Responsibilities:

• Drive vehicle/ Patrol around community
• Provide exceptional security services to residents.
• Maintain a vigilant presence and ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel and property.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and address any potential security risks.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a secure environment.

Requirements:

• Clean background check
• Valid guard card issued by the BSIS.
• Exposed permit
• Valid Driver License
• Clean Driving Record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Military veterans are highly encouraged to apply.
