About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with clients and families.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of ABA therapy.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for clients and their families.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy with diverse populations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data collection and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
