Assistant General Manager - Full Time

Join our team as an Assistant General Manager at an upscale American-Mediterranean restaurant located in the charming Roland Park, MD area. As a key player in our hospitality team, you will help create an inviting atmosphere for our guests while collaborating closely with the General Manager and Chef. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about building a regal guest base and leading a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Enhance the guest experience by fostering a welcoming and upscale dining atmosphere.
• Team Leadership: Work alongside the General Manager to lead and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Operations Management: Assist in daily operations, including staff training, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Cocktail and Wine Program: Promote and maintain our impressive cocktail and wine offerings, engaging guests and enhancing their dining experience.
• Guest Relations: Build and maintain relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a management role within a full-service restaurant or upscale dining environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
