The Role

This is a concierge-style, consultative approachnot transactional selling. You're guiding customers through:

• Smart home solutions
• Security offerings
• Service packages tailored to their needs

The better you are at communication + conversion, the more you earn.

Compensation

Base pay + uncapped commission

• Most reps: $100K$150K+
• Top performers earn significantly more
• No cap. No ceiling.

Your income reflects your performance.

• Understand how to manage conversations and close
