2. Eligibility
You must be a registered user who has provided accurate and truthful information.
3. Your Responsibilities
When using Compliance Connect, you agree to:

4. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you post but grant Compliance Connect a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you share.
5. Learning & Certification
Participation in courses, quests, and assessments may lead to badges, certificates, or credits with partner organisations.
Completion of activities does not guarantee employment or professional recognition unless otherwise stated.
6. Data Privacy
Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and the requirements of POPIA. By creating an account on this platform, you consent to such processing and agree to receive recommendations for courses, challenges, quests, and other content that may be relevant to your interests.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content (excluding user-generated content) is the intellectual property of Compliance Connect or its partners.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous access to the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Termination
