Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient
Location: San Carlos Apache Healthcare Center Peridot, AZ
Pay: $50–$57/hour ($2,000 - $2,280 per week)
Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s 40 Hours Guaranteed
Summary:
Outpatient PT role requiring strong outpatient experience . Work alongside two full-time PTs delivering patient-centered care.

Document progress
Requirements:
Active Arizona Physical Therapist License
Graduate of accredited PT program
Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist (PT) experience required
Outpatient experience required
Licensure / Compact:
Physical Therapy Compact: Arizona is a compact state
Compact license accepted (AZ privilege required)
