WHAT YOU'LL DO

Measure, cut, and install commercial tile with accuracy and efficiency Read plans, follow layouts, and keep a clean, professional job site Maintain safety, quality, and team collaboration on every project Use pull carts to transport materials efficiently and help keep work area clean, organized, and safe Work with a foreman and team that supports each other to succeed Speak up when something can be done better— we want your input Support and guide tile apprentices on your crew—your expertise helps shape the next generation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven tile setting experience in commercial or high-end residential work Attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (no truck needed— we handle material delivery with our flatbed) Commitment to quality and continuous improvement Strong work ethic and willingness to incorporate our TileImpact Company culture Blueprint reading skills and layout experience preferred Ready to build a better future—one tile at a time?
