Responsibilities Technical Recruiter Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of IT roles. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified tech professionals. Partner closely with Account Executives to understand client needs and deliver top‑tier candidates. Manage the candidate experience from first contact through placement. Account Executive Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients in the IT space. Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target accounts.
