Responsibilities Technical Recruiter Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of IT roles. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified tech professionals. Partner closely with Account Executives to understand client needs and deliver top‑tier candidates. Manage the candidate experience from first contact through placement. Account Executive Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients in the IT space. Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target accounts. Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate hiring trends and workforce strategies. Qualifications Experience and success in the staffing industry, specifically within a staffing agency, ideally with a focus in IT or technical recruiting. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment. Motivated by results, team success, and personal growth.
