Must be located within a reasonable driving distance from the Mayo Clinic Arizona site for occasional on‑campus expectations. Qualifications Minimum: High School diploma or GED and 2‑5 years corporate experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, 3 years recruiting or HR experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms. Preferred certification: Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR). Compensation and Schedule Annual salary range: $62,920.00 – $84,947.20. Full‑time position, business hours, 80 hours per pay period, weekend as needed.
