As Sous Chef, you’ll serve as the vital right-hand to our Executive Chef, ensuring every dish leaving our kitchen reflects the highest standards of quality and creativity. In the Executive Chef’s absence, you will step into their role, seamlessly managing kitchen operations and maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Your leadership will guide a skilled culinary team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional food and unforgettable guest experience. You’ll also play a crucial role in mentoring up-and-coming talent, sharing your expertise and fostering growth within the team. Problem-solving under pressure will be one of your strengths, and your ability to resolve challenges quickly and effectively will showcase your professionalism and skill.
