salary: $20 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities
- Order Verification: Cross-reference physical products against picking sheets, invoices, and system bills of lading (BOL) to verify correct quantities and SKUs before shipment.
- Shipping Software Operation: Utilize standard shipping software (such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or internal ERP/WMS systems) to generate precise shipping labels, tracking numbers, and custom documentation.
- Packaging & Palletizing: Safely pack goods into boxes, apply appropriate protective dunnage, seal cartons, and assist in wrapping/banding pallets to ensure zero transit damage.
- Carrier Coordination: Interface directly with freight drivers (LTL/TL) and parcel carriers, assigning dock doors, checking seals, and keeping meticulous records of outbound trailer schedules.
- Inventory Logging: Operate handheld RF barcode scanners to update inventory counts digitally, ensuring the warehouse management system reflects real-time shipments.
The essential functions of this role include:
