Position Overview: We are seeking a
Senior Technical Recruiter with a proactive and strategic mindset to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for engineering and technical teams while also pivoting across different functional areas as needed. The ideal candidate will excel at problem-solving independently, leveraging data to drive hiring decisions, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and effectively collaborating with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Strategy - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across various business leaders and functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop talent strategies aligned with business needs.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Understand various tech stacks and frameworks at a high level to represent engineering roles effectively.
Proactive Problem Solving - Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions to enhance hiring outcomes.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, ensuring hiring goals are met.
Data-Driven Decision Making - Utilize analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and measure recruitment effectiveness.
- Provide hiring managers with market data to ensure informed hiring decisions.
Creative Sourcing Strategies - Develop innovative approaches to attract top talent beyond traditional methods.
- Engage passive candidates in niche fields through targeted outreach.
Consultation and Collaboration - Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment efforts with business priorities.
- Streamline hiring processes and advocate for structured recruitment best practices.
Qualifications & Experience: - 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical hiring.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Experience using data to drive hiring strategies and influence decision-making.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to advise hiring managers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ORC, Lever) and recruiting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.

This salary range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
