Senior Executive Assistant

Target Salary : $65K + depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate meetings, communications, schedules, and follow-up items across leadership, advisors, and external partners
• Organize and maintain important legal, financial, and operational records while assisting with document preparation and tracking
• Support day-to-day office operations by managing priorities, handling sensitive information, and helping projects move forward smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting executives, clients, or leadership teams in a professional office setting
• Background in legal support, trust/banking services, private wealth, client services, or similar administrative operations
• Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills with the ability to manage confidential information professionally
