Job Summary (Senior Data Analyst - SAS/SQL):


- Develop and maintain SAS programs for automated reporting and advanced statistical analysis
- Create and optimize SAS stored procedures and views for improved data accessibility
- Maintain and develop data interfaces
- Troubleshoot system and batch processing issues
- Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and business insights
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support strategic decision-making
- Document technical processes and maintain data dictionaries
- Validate data quality and implement data cleaning procedures
- Mentor junior analysts in SQL and SAS best practices
- Work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Combine technical expertise with business acumen to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
- Demonstrate attention to detail, self-motivation, and passion for solving complex business problems with data
