Overview We are seeking an experienced
Revenue Operations / Product Operations Analyst to support CRMdriven business processes and crossfunctional initiatives. This role partners closely with executive stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and support the delivery of scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience working with
CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) , excels at requirements documentation, and is comfortable operating in fastpaced, deliveryfocused environments.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with business and executive stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Produce clear, structured requirements and user stories to support CRM and operational initiatives.
- Support CRMbased workflows, reporting, and operational processes.
- Act as a liaison between business, technical, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Contribute to planning and delivery efforts in sprintbased development environments .
- Communicate effectively with executive audiences, providing clear updates and recommendations.
Required Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, Product Operations, Product Management, or Project Management .
- Experience working with CRM systems , with Salesforce strongly preferred .
- Strong ability to write structured business requirements and user stories .
- Strong executivelevel communication skills , both written and verbal.
Very Nice To Have Qualifications - Deep functional experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce CRM .
- Experience in financial services or wealth management environments.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows .
- Experience acting as a Product Owner .
- Exposure to workflow automation tools or lowcode platforms .
- Experience operating in sprintbased or agile development environments .
