Job Description

• Work closely with business stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business users, vendors, and technical teams .
• Analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce functional requirements .
• Support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and enhancements .
• Coordinate with multiple departments and external vendors for project execution.
• Participate heavily in System Testing, UAT coordination, and end-to-end validation .
• Assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful sign-off.
• Provide functional documentation, user stories, and process flows .
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices .

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst .
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Mandatory) .
• Strong testing and UAT coordination experience .
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills .
• Experience working with multiple teams, vendors, and departments .
• Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis .
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment .

• MDF experience (plus, not mandatory) .
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
