Moving Sales Consultant
At Lifetime Moving & Storage, we’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Moving Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As the Phoenix agent for Bekins National Van Lines, we combine national strength with local expertise to deliver exceptional moving experiences.
This is a high-impact sales role where you’ll turn inbound leads into booked moves while also building your own pipeline through local partnerships and proactive outreach. If you’re competitive, organized, and motivated by performance-based pay, this role offers strong earning potential and real opportunity for advancement.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to inbound leads quickly via phone, email, and CRM
• Conduct detailed move consultations to assess inventory, scope, and logistics
• Prepare and present accurate, competitive estimates
• Proactively follow up to convert leads into booked moves
• Generate your own leads through networking, outreach, and relationship building
• Develop partnerships with realtors, apartment communities, HOAs, brokers, builders, and senior living communities
• Actively prospect and hunt for new business opportunities
• Track all activity and communication within the CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly booking and revenue goals
• Partner with operations for a seamless transition from sale to execution
• Deliver a high-trust, consultative sales experience
What Success Looks Like
• Rapid response time to new inbound leads
• Strong close rate on qualified opportunities
• Consistent self-generated pipeline in addition to company-provided leads
• Accurate estimates with minimal post-booking adjustments
• Strategic follow-up and relationship management
• Positive customer reviews and referral/partner-driven business
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of inside or outside sales experience
• Moving, logistics, or home services experience preferred
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Confident communicator with strong objection-handling ability
• Comfortable working in CRM systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Compensation & Benefits
• Paid training with base compensation during initial 90-day ramp-up period
• Transition to 100% commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential
• Car allowance provided upon meeting monthly booked revenue minimums
