Job Description

PLM is seeking Land Data Analysts and one Project Lead to support a large-scale data conversion initiative in Houston, TX - In-Office. This project involves converting physical land files into the Quorum digital system.

In-office presence in Houston, TX is required and non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Convert physical land records into Quorum software.
• Perform structured data entry and digital file conversion.
• Validate migrated land data for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and index digital records within Quorum.
• Support quality control during large-scale data migration.
• For Project Lead: oversee workflow and coordinate data conversion team efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Quorum software (Required).
• Experience with digital file conversion, data migration, or structured data entry.
• High attention to detail and document organization skills.
• Ability to work in-office in Houston, TX.
