Job Description

Evaluate AI-generated music in Punjabi and English, applying your production and critical-listening expertise to help assess outputs across a wide range of genres. Key Responsibilities

• Compare AI-generated songs side by side for musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production and mix quality.
• Classify songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical characteristics.
• Assess AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference materials for quality and accuracy.

• Native or near-native Punjabi proficiency and the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• At least 2 years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
• Headphones or studio monitors appropriate for critical listening.

• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Punjabi genres, sub-genres, and artists.

• Remote, hourly independent-contractor engagement with an immediate start.
• Project duration of up to 6 months.
• Flexible schedule. Most contributors work about 20 hours per week, with no maximum-hour cap.

• $11 to $19 per hour.
• Compensation is currently hourly and may change to a per-task structure during the project, while maintaining the same effective hourly rate.
