Vygon develops, manufactures, and markets medical technology equipment. Our product range is broad and includes everything from advanced single-use products to hardware equipment, in areas such as pediatric/neonatal, intensive and acute care, as well as injection/infusion.
We have our own manufacturing of our products, with factories mainly located in Europe. Our products are sold worldwide through distributors and our own 27 subsidiaries. In total, we have 2,400 employees and the group's headquarters is located just outside Paris. The Swedish subsidiary, Vygon (Sweden) AB, is based in Skellefteå.
In Sweden, we currently have 15 employees, where the Swedish sales team consists of 4 people, as well as Tender- and Contract Specialist and Country Commercial Manager.
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for customer relations and sales development in your district. The role involves planning, implementing, and driving marketing and sales. You will also have an expanded responsibility within one of our business areas. A major focus is to create and maintain good relationships with the users (customers). The priority is to always maintain a high service level, in order to be a good partner in the respective region. You will play a major role in the team during contract and bidding processes. You are responsible for the introduction and training to end users, in order to always use Vygon's products in a correct and safe manner.
The job also includes participating in exhibitions and fairs.
Your district is mainly Norrbotten, Västerbotten, Västernorrland, and Jämtland. Suitable place of residence is in Umeå, but is negotiable. Overnight stays in other locations occur.
Vygon seeks you who are business and results-oriented, are driven in your professional role and enjoy working independently, under your own responsibility, where you create opportunities. We value our team spirit, so you should also be a good team player.
You have a college or university education as a nurse or another suitable education for the position. It is advantageous if you have a couple of years of sales experience, but it is not a requirement. We see that you have good business understanding, are solution-oriented with a positive mindset.
The group's language is English and we therefore see that you have good skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
