Production Supervisor

Food Manufacturing

Kenosha, WI

Up to $80K + Bonus

Must be open to 12 hour night shift 5 or 6 days a week.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily production line operations to meet schedules, quality, and safety targets
• Lead, mentor, and develop hourly associates - building a culture of safety and teamwork
• Monitor yields, efficiencies, and labor utilization; report to management
• Ensure full GMP, food safety, and food defense compliance
• Conduct audits, safety inspections, and drive corrective actions
• Coordinate maintenance needs and recommend process/equipment improvements
• Manage payroll approvals and temporary staffing coordination

Must-Have Qualifications:
• 3+ years of Production Supervision experience in a manufacturing plant
• Must be open to shift work (currently hiring for 3rd shift)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
