The transactions are complex and serve fortune 500 clients, ideal for an attorney looking to challenge themselves and gain increased exposure to high end clients.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience advising on complex private equity and leveraged buyout M&A transactions , as well as general corporate matters .
