Your New Role As a Plumbing Repair Specialist , you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing and solving plumbing issues while delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will: Inspect, diagnose, and repair a wide range of plumbing systems, including water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems. Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and present tailored solutions, ensuring they understand their options. Perform routine maintenance and preventative services to keep systems running efficiently and avoid future problems. Collaborate with team members and dispatch to manage appointments and deliver services on time. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company policies and safety protocols. Document completed work accurately and efficiently to ensure seamless follow-up and customer satisfaction.
