CALLING ALL GAMERS!!

Our client, a leader in the hobby, gaming, and toy industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Picker / Packer to join their team. As a Picker / Packer, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Picker / Packer

Location: Middleton, WI

Pay Range: $18/HR

Shift: Shifts available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Will work 5 Days, 8 hours each.

What's the Job?

• Pick orders according to customer specifications using company guidelines
• Pack customer orders efficiently and accurately to ensure timely delivery
• Scan inventory and verify stock for damages or defects
• Communicate effectively with team leads to prioritize daily tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED required
• Basic math and computer skills
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
• Ability to lift, handle, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing and walking for 8-10 hours in various temperatures
