Job Description

Pega Tech Lead with 6 to 8 years of overall IT experience including at least 4 years relevant experience in Pega development with minimum 1 to 3 project implementations

Strong hands-on experience with Pega CLMKYC frameworks preferably versions 74 and above

Good understanding of financial services client onboarding and regulatory KYC requirements

Hands on experience in coding implementation integration development designing deployment

Understanding of Case management concepts Connectors and Services

In depth knowledge about Activities Flows Tab Flow Screen Flow Adding decision sub flows integration to Flow Process Flow Declarative Rules Decision Rules

Debugging Skills User Interfaces in PRPC Clipboard PAL Rules Inspector TRACER Harness Section etc

Must have working knowledge on Agents Report Definition List and Summary View and Dashboard

Experience in delivering design documents HLDLLD

Excellent skills in customer interaction and communication

Good understating of Pega flows interpretation of flow shapes SLAs tickets interpretation of complex flow shapes for business scenarios activities activity step methods OOTB activities

Experience in working on Agile Scrum methodologie

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 100000 - 130000
