While the firm has the resources and trial experience to successfully litigate cases in court, it is primarily settlement-focused. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Paralegal or Legal Secretary with 2-3+ years of experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary to join their growing team in Downtown Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast-paced litigation environment. This role offers hands‑on involvement in a variety of cases and the opportunity to contribute to strong client outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Draft and manage written discovery (Interrogatories, Requests for Production, Admissions) Conduct legal research using tools like Westlaw Communicate with clients and assist with case development Review medical records and case documents Support trial prep, including depositions, hearings, and exhibits Coordinate with experts and assist with settlement packages Maintain case files, calendars, and administrative tasks QUALIFICATIONS: Paralegal certification from an accredited law school 2-3+ years of paralegal or legal support experience Litigation experience is required Strong research, writing, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with court procedures and legal documentation Westlaw proficiency preferred Spanish language skills strongly preferred BENEFITS & COMPENSATION: Compensation: $70,000 - $95,000 Plus additional performance commission and bonuses PTO package Paid holidays Medical insurance stipend Dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) plan with matching contribution Professional development and trial advancement opportunities Paid parking at the Downtown Los Angeles office LOCATION: Downtown Los Angeles, CA Hybrid work schedule (1 day work from home) #J-18808-Ljbffr
