Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting clients and taking accurate messages when reception is not available, including proper contact information. Receiving deliveries by courier or messenger, and handling faxes. Preparing and drafting legal documents for filing and correspondence. Ensuring accuracy of all documents. Performing administrative duties such as research, filing, mailing, organizing files, and calendaring. Conducting legal research using various resources. Making copies and entering billable hours into the designated software daily. Performing other reasonable tasks as requested by Firm Management.
