Responsibilities Implementation of Okta integrations (SAML, OIDC, etc) Okta Administration and Configuration Troubleshooting and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for Okta IAM solutions with application owners and end users. Monitor system health, resolve issues, and optimize Okta performance and reliability. Acts as a liaison between the business stakeholders and technical teams, translating the business needs into requirements Gather, analyze and document requirements Participate in the evaluation of new IAM technologies to enhance the Okta ecosystem and improve security posture. Developing and maintaining documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures. Perform feasibility analyses and provide recommendations for future system enhancements. Work may include the occasional after-hours and/or weekend work based on mission priorities. Qualifications Okta Certification: Professional or a minimum of five years’ experience in Okta Integrations Three (3+) years relevant experience of Okta Integrations: Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and privileged access management. Two (2+) years of experience in developing Okta Workflows Two (2+) years of experience in IGA and a minimum of Two (2) years of experience in Okta IGA Experience with other IAM solutions beyond Okta Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices (AWS, Azure, etc.) Deep understanding of identity federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, SCIM and OpenID Connect.
