Office Services Clerk (Temporary Contract) Employment Type: Contract Assignment Dates: June 2 through end of year Work Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Location: Berea, OH Pay: $18/hourly Position Overview The Office Services Clerk provides temporary support to the Office Services department, primarily assisting with transponder fulfillment operations. This role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in an office and fulfillment environment. Transponders are electronic devices used for automatic toll collection, allowing drivers to travel through toll roads without stopping to pay cash. Key Responsibilities Fulfill transponder orders accurately, with a primary focus on replacement program orders Resolve transponder-related issues between the Customer Service Center and the Fulfillment Center Track, document, and maintain fulfillment request records Operate office equipment and transponder fulfillment tools, including tag programming devices Perform additional duties as assigned by the Office Services Manager and/or Director of Administration Required Skills & Abilities Knowledge of general office services policies and procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written, oral, or visual instructions Ability to work cooperatively with others on group projects Basic computer proficiency Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
