Law Office of Orlando R. Rodriguez is an established bilingual practice in Newton, NJ — immigration, real estate, business and estate planning, entertainment law, intellectual property, personal injury, criminal defense, DUI, civil litigation, municipal court, domestic violence (TRO/FRO), and landlord/tenant. We have infrastructure, an existing client base, and more demand than we can currently handle. We're looking for an attorney who wants to build something.

The arrangement: Of counsel, revenue share. The firm has an active client base and ongoing matters — there is work here. You'll also be encouraged to bring or develop your own clients, working under the firm's umbrella with fees split accordingly. In return you get an established firm name, office space, admin support, and a platform to grow a real practice without the overhead of going completely solo. For the right candidate, we're open to discussing a modest draw or stipend against future earnings.

Who we're looking for:

• NJ bar admitted (NY a plus)
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred — our client base includes a large and growing Hispanic community
• Background in any of the firm's practice areas — immigration, criminal defense, civil litigation, business law, entertainment, domestic violence, landlord/tenant, or general practice
• Criminal defense interest is a plus — the firm's principal serves as public defender in multiple municipalities and offers direct courtroom mentorship
• Entrepreneurial — you're not waiting for work to be handed to you, you want a home base to build from
• Professional, client-ready, hungry
