Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, engineers, and internal field teams. Procurement: Manage material and equipment procurement via ProCore and Bluebeam. Site Supervision: Monitor site activities for safety compliance, quality standards, and schedule adherence. Documentation: Maintain meticulous records for contracts, change orders, and site inspections. Required Qualifications Experience: 10+ years in construction; 5+ years in a Superintendent or Leadership position. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction (or equivalent experience). Software: Proficiency in ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid. Familiarity with Civil 3D is highly desirable. Certifications: OSHA 30 (Minimum). Licenses in Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Rigging are a major plus. Languages: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. Mobility: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work at heights (30'+).
