Responsibilities Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to company standards and customer requests. Ensure proper handling and storage of meat to maintain freshness and safety. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment. Inspect meat for quality and remove any undesirable parts. Assist customers with meat selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations. Follow all safety and health regulations related to meat cutting and handling. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role. Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and tools.
