Now Hiring: Marine Technician (Boat Yard) Great Lakes Yacht Sales – Kenosha Marina We're a small, reputable marine company looking for a motivated individual to join our boat yard team. If you're a hard worker who enjoys the outdoors and wants to build a real career in the marine industry, this is the opportunity for you. What You'll Do:

• Assist with boat launching, hauling, and general boat handling
• Perform detailing, buffing, waxing, and bottom painting
• Operate large marine equipment including forklifts and hydraulic trailers
• Maintain yard, land, and buildings on our property
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Solve basic problems and complete tasks with supervisor guidance

What We're Looking For:

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to do physical work
• Positive attitude and friendly disposition — our reputation depends on it
• Ability to learn quickly and take direction well
• Experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
