Position Overview

Direct Clicks is hiring an SEO / Product Team Specialist to support local SEO campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.

This position may be filled at different experience levels depending on the candidate. The company is open to either:

An experienced SEO professional who can step directly into the role

A highly organized junior candidate who can be trained internally and grow into the position

This is a detail-focused, process-driven role requiring strong organization, self-management, and the ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support and manage local SEO campaigns

Assist with general SEO optimization and strategy work

Support Google Business Profile optimization and related tasks

Participate in product team execution and digital marketing projects

Assist with client communication via email when needed

Follow internal processes and systems for campaign execution

Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Digital marketing experience

Experience with local SEO campaigns

Experience with general SEO work

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to self-manage in a remote work environment

Positive attitude and strong cultural fit

Additional Preferred Experience

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce

Experience working with businesses in the insurance industry

Ability to work independently while staying accountable to deadlines and team processes

Work Environment

Direct Clicks operates as a remote company. However, candidates must be located within driving distance of Roseville, Minnesota, as the team gathers periodically for in-person meetings and collaboration sessions.

Compensation

Compensation depends on experience level.

Experienced SEO Candidates

Salary typically ranges from $60,000 – $70,000+, depending on experience and technical SEO background.

Junior / Trainable Candidates

Hourly pay typically ranges from $20 – $30 per hour, depending on experience and overall fit.
