Junior Sales Assistant (Entry-Level)

About the Role

Water-City Blaze is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Assistant to support our team with customer engagement, product presentations, and event-based sales activities. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and learning new skills in a structured environment.

This is an in-person role involving customer interaction at events, retail settings, and promotional locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in person to provide information about products and services.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct clear and accurate demonstrations or presentations as trained.
• Sales Support: Assist with generating leads, answering customer questions, and processing sales as directed.
• Event Participation: Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Feedback & Reporting: Relay customer feedback and observations to the team to help improve processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn
• No prior sales experience required—training is provided
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in event environments
